Since 1582, Haitian has been dedicated to one great career, that is to produce the perfect condiments for cooking. We adhere to the traditional fermentation technique and let the raw materials naturally ferment for about 180 days. It takes time to generate good flavor. Our journey started from an ancient sauce shop in Foshan, where we brewed our first crock of soy sauce over 400 years ago. For generations, we’ve been producing soy sauce with natural fermentation craft. We’ve come a long way from a small shop to a global company, but we never forget why we started: to provide our customers the best condiment.
