By 2024, we are set to grow from 29 to 40 branches across Malaysia.<br><br>Originating from Shanxi Datong, China, Mee Hiris reflects the culinary legacy of the Hui Muslim community. These thinly sliced noodles, delicately prepared by hand, are part of a time-honoured practice passed down through generations.<br><br>Crafted in a halal-certified central kitchen, our menu ranges from authentic Xinjiang Mutton Toothpick to vegetarian options, all carefully balanced between tradition and global flavour.</p>
